Job Overview

The grounds maintenance specialist is tasked with ensuring that the outdoor areas of the resort are impeccably maintained, reflecting a standard of excellence. This role requires a self-driven individual capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.

This position is seasonal in nature.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all outdoor areas of the resort (e.g., walkways, driveways, parking facilities). Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition. Possess a comprehensive understanding of emergency procedures, including fire alarm protocols. Manage and address work requests efficiently. Utilize moderate to heavy machinery to fulfill assigned tasks, such as leaf blowers and pressure washers. Operate the freight elevator as required.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors for extended durations (minimum of 8 hours per shift). Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capability to stand for long periods (minimum of 8 hours per shift). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
