Soles Electric Company Seeks Experienced CNC Programmer & Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team at Soles Electric Company. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming and operation, as well as manual lathe and mill operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, program, and operate a CNC Lathe
  • Operate a CNC machine
  • Troubleshoot quality or performance issues with CNC operation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Experience with Fanuc strongly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and planning documents to determine product specs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Active driver's license and ability to pass a background and drug screen
