Wiederhoeft Welding & Machining is seeking a highly skilled Lead Machinist, Programmer & Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming machines and Fusion 360 software, with a strong background in CNC programming and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and write machining sequences and maintain setup sheets.

• CNC machining utilizing both handwritten G-Code and Cad/Cam Software.

• Ensure that machines that are being used have proper fixtures and tooling prior to job run.

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting machines (lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and CNC machines).

• Design and manufacture fixtures and jigs.

• Assist the Engineering Department as needed.

• Experience in running Doosan & Haas Machines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in programming CNC Machinery.

• Background in CNC programming software.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Physical Stamina and strength to lift heavy items and able to stand or be in physical demanding positions for long periods of time.
