Compensation: $80,000
Work Schedule: 1:30pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and directing operations within the Distribution Center, focusing on areas such as receiving, warehousing, shipping, delivery, customer quality, and inventory management.
- Managing team attendance, scheduling, and performance for designated operational areas.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
- Ensuring comprehensive training for team members in their respective roles.
- Assisting in talent development and succession planning.
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance operational metrics and drive financial success.
- Implementing customer service strategies and addressing service quality issues.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
This position may be ideal for you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sectors.
- Possess a solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse best practices.
- Have experience with financial management and profit and loss oversight.
- Can thrive in a matrix organizational structure.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities and people management skills.
- Have excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Are adept at planning and organizing complex initiatives.
