About the Role

Koger Home Care LLC is in search of a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support an elderly female client. The PCA will provide essential services during weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of working rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering personal care and assisting clients across various age groups. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering direct care such as bed-baths, showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing medication reminders and incontinence care.
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
  • Offering companionship and support during daily activities.
  • Managing errands such as picking up prescriptions.
Requirements

The PCA must be:

  • COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Comfortable working in a home with pets.
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule with availability from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and rotating weekends.
