Transforming Healthcare with Clinical Leadership:
The Registered Nurse Team Lead is a key clinical leader who oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care. With a strong focus on leadership and collaboration, this role is responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mobilizing the patient care team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Resolving routine issues and creating a positive, productive work unit.
- Assisting with staff competence and contributing to staff performance development.
- Conducting individual and team meetings to ensure effective communication and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing from an accredited college.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, with one year required and demonstrated clinical and leadership expertise.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligibility to obtain Virginia RN licensure.
- CPR and ACLS certifications, with additional certifications as needed.
- Computer skills for electronic medical records (EPIC) and successful completion of orientation and competency requirements.
