POSITION SUMMARY
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and executing quality and timely minor and routine repairs across our properties.
  • Addressing Service Requests efficiently for both units and communal areas.
  • Completing tasks outlined in the Make-Ready Checklist to ensure readiness of units.
  • Performing grounds maintenance duties to uphold the aesthetic appeal of our properties.
  • Managing Emergency After-Hour Calls on a rotational basis for properties within a designated radius.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
  • Overseeing purchasing and inventory management of supplies and parts.
  • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repair services.
  • Responding to urgent repair needs promptly and effectively.
