Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process customer sales transactions and returns in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established Front-End procedures.
  • Promote company programs and services, such as customer loyalty programs and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
  • Support the team across the store, taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking, and perform repetitive motions for short periods.
  • Must have weekend availability.
