Key Responsibilities:

  • Land Acquisition: Identify and acquire suitable land parcels for development, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in land development project management.
    • FE/PE Certification: Desired but not required.


Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
