We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Samaritan Health Services. As a key member of our Health Plan Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy of plan benefits and accompanying workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan Benefit Accuracy: Verify and maintain the accuracy of plan benefits and accompanying workflow.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems related to plan benefits and workflow.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two (2) years of professional customer service experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a health plan setting and knowledge of State and Federal rules and regulations.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to various locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
