About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Convenience Store Operations Director to join our team. This critical role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a team of store managers and associates, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of multiple retail stores, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of store managers and associates to achieve sales targets, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to urgent matters outside of regular working hours.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to visit stores, meet with employees, and engage with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the convenience store or gas station industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
