About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team at Legend at Rivendell. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical services, including resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
  • Verify proper distribution and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
  • Participate in regular resident assessments and service planning
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
  • Provide direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or on-call rotation
  • Relay resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current LPN nursing license
  • CPR certification as required by the state
  • At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living
