Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Service Technician Associate to join our team. As a Garage Door Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assembling mechanical components or machine parts
  • Adjusting and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Repairing or replacing worn or broken door parts using hand tools
  • Disassembling equipment for maintenance or repair
  • Installing hardware or other interior fixtures
  • Fabricating parts or components
  • Learning the product line well in order to build relevant estimates for the customer
  • Collecting payments for goods or services
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong practical problem-solving skills, mechanical comprehension, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our customers daily, so patient and respectful behavior is essential.
