Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily data entry tasks related to commission operations.
- Manage the monthly negative balance report.
- Record incoming payments accurately.
- Handle the uncashed check report, including voiding and reissuing payments as necessary.
- Facilitate book transfers and manage orders for business documentation as required.
- Notify clients of premium increases.
- Provide monthly status updates for management reporting.
- Update the daily transaction error report for PAKII.
- Generate Group Broker reports and financial statements.
- Input policies for special projects involving test data.
- Monitor and triage mailboxes.
- Conduct quality checks where applicable.
- Process book transfers and manage business orders.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support commission-related processes and projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
