Position Overview:

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services within a school environment. This role involves working with students across various grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th Grade, to support their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students experiencing communication challenges and language delays.
  • Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance students' communication abilities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress, therapy sessions, and related documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and ongoing professional development as necessary.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
