As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate results and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related field
  • Experience with statistical process control and data analysis
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software and systems
