Behavior Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Direct Support Professional to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to individuals with behavioral challenges, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized behavior support plans, working closely with the care team and individuals.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and support individuals in their daily routines, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
