POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Construction Crew Members to enhance our expanding workforce. Ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to learn, a positive demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and follow project instructions and plans provided by construction managers or supervisors
  • Utilize construction tools and equipment efficiently to complete daily tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness by removing debris
  • Safely operate various tools, including rollers, saws, and shovels, while performing tasks such as checking grades and laying pipe
  • Ensure proper cleaning and storage of construction equipment and tools
  • Adhere to all safety regulations while operating equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on site
  • Perform additional related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Relevant work experience in the construction field is preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrains in diverse weather conditions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Compliance with all company policies, regulations, and guidelines is essential
