We are looking for a Production Planning Specialist to oversee daily production schedules, communicate with cross-functional teams, and manage inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling and planning, proficiency in computer software, and excellent communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities
Review daily production schedules to ensure timely completion, communicate regularly with all areas regarding engineering changes and part shortages, process and understand daily inventory adjustments; cycle counts, scrap transaction, etc., track incoming air freight and ocean containers, work closely with other team members regarding new model builds, incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cleanup after projects are complete.Requirements
High School degree or GED required, at least 2 years of experience in scheduling and/or planning as well as experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Access Database, ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.Why Join Our Team
