About the Role: As a Laboratory Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This involves conducting internal food safety, GMP, and SOP audits, maintaining the Microbial Control Program, and interacting with the Plant Sanitarian to establish and maintain acceptable sanitation at the facility.

You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control Department, communicating with the Quality and Food Safety Manager on the state of the department, and providing feedback to Department Superintendents on FSMS progress and activities in the department.
