Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, treatment sessions, consultations, and discharge planning for children within our outpatient clinic programs.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's needs and document outcomes effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with the child's primary physician and other healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
- Contribute to program development activities.
- Participate in trainings and staff meetings.
- Ensure a positive and exceptional experience for children and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Active Virginia state license.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional documentation abilities, clinical reasoning skills, and time management skills.
- Clearance: Successful completion of a FBI background check and negative TB test.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, carry, push, pull, walk, or run, as well as lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pediatrics is a plus.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
