  1. Ensure all materials utilized by servers are clean and prepared for daily operations.
  2. Maintain awareness of the seating arrangement in dining areas and lounges.
  3. Prepare the service area with necessary items such as plates, cutlery, doilies, and linen napkins for food delivery.
  4. Organize and match plates with corresponding tickets for efficient food service.
  5. Set tables according to Troon International standards.
  6. Verify that each menu item is prepared according to the specifications outlined on each ticket.
  7. Consult with the kitchen staff to rectify any discrepancies in menu item preparation before serving.
  8. Refill water glasses and remove unused place settings promptly.
  9. Clear dishes from the table after each course is completed.
  10. Reset tables after guests depart, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, arranging seating, and replacing utensils and glassware.
  11. Assist servers as needed to enhance service efficiency.
  12. Maintain well-stocked workstations with necessary items and ingredients.
  13. Keep work areas clean, dispose of trash, and vacuum dining spaces as required.
  14. Adhere to safe work practices throughout job performance.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

One month of relevant experience or training is preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Exhibit professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
