  • Operations Management: Supervise all production activities, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing, to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including work schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years of previous supervision experience in a production or logistics environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Self-starter, previous UAW/HVC supervisory experience, knowledge of current systems (SAP/EWM), excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently.

  • Positive UAW Relationships: Strong relationships with UAW representatives and members.

  • LPMH: Ability to manage and maintain accurate records of production activities.
