Research Focus:
The successful candidate will engage in innovative research that delves into common-sense reasoning, particularly in relation to theory-of-mind and pragmatics. A key area of interest includes understanding how individuals interpret 'scripted' behaviors in others, examining the implications of perceiving actions as automatic or rote.
Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Training and mentoring undergraduate research assistants.

- Preparing manuscripts for publication and assisting in grant writing.
