PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced steel fabricators for shop work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We offer two shifts to accommodate different schedules.

**Shift Options**

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 PM - 5:00 AM; Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

**Compensation**

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $26 / hour, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**

• Read and interpret blueprints to assemble structural steel beams, columns, and other structural components from various detail pieces.

• Use tape measures, squares, and other hand tools to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Perform tack welding as required, adhering to safety protocols and wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs periodically, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication tasks, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Qualifications**

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience as a fabricator is preferred, but we are willing to train bright, energetic individuals with a strong work ethic.

• Proficiency with tape measures, squares, and other hand tools.

• Basic tack welding skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs periodically.

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

• All required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
