Position Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional health in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate in the creation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of care processes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid RN license from the Florida State Board of Nursing.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
