Role Overview:

Salesforce Solutions Analyst - Remote

Join a dynamic team where your contributions will have a significant impact. As a Salesforce Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients by acting as a service ticket and communication specialist. Your expertise will help clients identify application issues, resolve user challenges, and create training materials and communication strategies to enhance their human capital systems.

  • Categorize and prioritize service tickets received in the Salesforce Admin queue within the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system, escalating critical issues as necessary.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems for employees, supervisors, and application coordinators.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring issues and provide actionable insights.
  • Create comprehensive training materials for users, administrators, and managers.
  • Offer guidance on SNOW ticket routing processes.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to address ongoing issues in SNOW.
  • Track and report performance metrics to client leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings with business users and development teams to gather requirements and document them as user stories.
  • Interpret user requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
  • Ensure Product Owners are aligned with business needs and proposed solutions, representing end users to clarify requirements and provide feedback on user stories.
  • Establish acceptance criteria and approve all developed solutions prior to deployment.
  • Participate in Daily Scrums, Design Meetings, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews, coordinating with users during End-to-End testing/User Acceptance Testing.
  • Produce project management deliverables, including detailed schedules, budgets, dependencies, weekly status updates, and dashboards.
  • Develop executive-level presentations to communicate program status, proposed solutions, benefits, and impacts on human capital system modernization initiatives.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Education: BA or BS degree; MS preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years in a relevant field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in using Jira/Confluence for documentation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with MS Power Platform and UiPath is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and reengineering, with the ability to map current and future processes.
  • Proficient in Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Experienced with Project Management Software (e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project).
  • Excellent visualization and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Security Clearance: Active CBP BI Clearance.
  • Work Location: Remote

The expected salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250, dependent on experience and location.
