Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Mountain West Builders. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff to ensure effective and harmonious working relationships
* Develop and implement site logistics plans to promote a positive project environment
* Conduct preconstruction meetings with subcontractors and superintendents to discuss project issues
* Stop work if necessary to resolve matters affecting safety, quality, and project progress
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of field activity, including manpower, deliverables, and other relevant information
* Ensure job safety requirements are understood and implemented by all project personnel and trade contractors
* Establish and maintain punch list processes and close-out procedures with the project team
* Assemble and forward project closeout documents, including O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties

Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

What We Offer

* Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
* No annual bonus or commission
