Child and Family Guidance Center is in search of a skilled Youth and Family Wraparound Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, provide coaching, and ensure the effective application of the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) model of Wraparound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring compliance with the NWIC model
  • Conduct reviews of service notes and field observations to uphold quality standards
  • Facilitate group supervision and training sessions while supporting community networking
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of staff, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Collaborate with the Program Director on program development and representation at interagency meetings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in mental health services
  • Strong understanding of child mental health disorders and treatment methodologies
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Familiarity with the Wraparound (NWIC) model
  • Excellent therapeutic, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Medisoft billing and scheduling systems
