Key Responsibilities of a Cook:

  • Provide outstanding service to residents by leading and inspiring team members to deliver prompt, friendly, and exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure the kitchen meets all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Review planned meals and accommodate special dietary requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on popular menu items.
  • Understand and implement dietary restrictions and modifications.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to uphold food service standards.

Qualifications for a Cook:

  • 1+ year of cooking or food preparation experience preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with related experience.
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills for interacting with residents and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or restaurant settings.
