We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Vascular Access Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing vascular access procedures
- Assist physicians during procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and ACLS certification
- 4-6 years' experience in a related field
- Proficient in IV insertion and cardiac rhythm recognition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
