As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional member service by proactively supporting the team with a focus on retention of current loan and deposit business and developing new consumer and business relationships.

Key responsibilities include opening new consumer and business accounts, performing account and loan maintenance, and assisting with submitting necessary documentation to support transactions.

You will also conduct outbound calling to members to further develop and/or retain lending and deposit relationships, and act as a liaison between members and off-site employees and departments to resolve issues and complete required forms and documents.

Additionally, you will listen for clues and identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate staff members as needed.

Maintaining a cash drawer and balancing within guidelines established by the Credit Union is also a key responsibility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated knowledge and experience with financial and lending operating systems.

You will also need to have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually to consistently meet and exceed set goals determined by the Credit Union.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of 1-2 years previous financial institution experience is preferred.
