The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting.
- Assess residents' physical and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician or advanced practice provider.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
