Key Responsibilities
  • Product Merchandising: Clean and maintain amusement machines, including cranes, gumball machines, and video games, to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for use.
  • Inventory Management: Count and restock merchandise in machines to ensure optimal playability and customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Collect cash and coin from machines and prepare daily deposits, including counting cash and completing deposit slips.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with machines, utilizing Microsoft Teams to collaborate with technical support as needed.
  • Security and Accountability: Ensure the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on your route, and account for any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Age and License: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong general mathematical skills are required for accurate counting and inventory management.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic machine repair is strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with technical support and other team members.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly bend, squat, kneel, lift/push/pull 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
