Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse I, you will be part of our Magnet Nursing team, focused on delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting, collect comprehensive data on patients' health, and develop individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure patient advocacy and deliver exceptional care.
- Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care to patients and their families in an acute care setting.
- Collect data on patients' health, analyze it to determine needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure timely execution of physician orders and collaborate with ancillary staff, including Patient Care Assistants.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and patient outcomes.
- Maintain sensitivity to cultural and religious diversity when interacting with patients, visitors, colleagues, and other customers.

Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing required.
- 1+ years' experience in acute care settings preferred.
- NYS RN license and registration required.
- Current AHA BLS certification necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HCAHPS/EPIC knowledge beneficial.
- Strong patient-centered approach with a focus on world-class customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivation, and proactive attitude essential.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $64,890 to $72,180, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role.
