About the Role:

The Customer Experience Specialist will be the face of our brand, providing personalized attention to customers and exceeding their expectations. They will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with sales transactions, including operating cash registers and processing returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the floor.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as setting up displays and arranging merchandise.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or hospitality role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
