Customer Experience Specialist

Lane Bryant is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Littleton, CO. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
About the Role:The Customer Experience Specialist will be the face of our brand, providing personalized attention to customers and exceeding their expectations. They will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with sales transactions, including operating cash registers and processing returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the floor.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as setting up displays and arranging merchandise.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or hospitality role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
