**Job Summary:** We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Coach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and promoting our brand. **Responsibilities:*** Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, features, and benefits* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues* Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities* Perform cash handling and operational tasks accurately and efficiently
**Requirements:*** 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in luxury retail service environment* Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred* Basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and mobile POS systems* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days
