About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a leading law firm, we provide exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries and practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Legal Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters related to employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
  • Represent Clients in Court: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Conduct Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal opinions.
  • Draft Legal Documents: Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Negotiate Settlements: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Manage Multiple Cases: Manage and prioritize multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • Build Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate Degree: Hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active License: Possess an active license to practice law in the state.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team Player: Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
