Are you a passionate and skilled attorney ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking an ambitious Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with trial experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will defend clients against a wide range of liability claims, representing their interests in court with confidence and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
• Trial Preparation: Lead all phases of trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, while developing compelling trial strategies.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in court, delivering persuasive arguments and effectively cross-examining witnesses.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal options.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, staying up to date on relevant laws and precedents.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys to ensure seamless case management and optimal outcomes.
• Negotiation: Engage in settlement negotiations, advocating for clients to achieve the best possible resolutions outside of court.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Trial experience with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
