Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Senior Tax Consultant to join our Tax Division. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work following the completion of initial training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and evaluate intricate multi-state corporate, fiduciary, and personal tax filings.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' business operations and tax situations.
  • Conduct research and formulate year-round tax strategies and advisory services tailored to client requirements.
  • Guide and support junior staff and interns in their professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or EA designation required, or must be eligible for examination and actively pursuing licensure.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant tax experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of IRS regulations and other tax authority standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficient in tax software and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed to fulfill client demands.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
