Job Title: Medical Physicist - Radiation Oncology Team

Job Summary:

Epic Oncology Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team. As a Medical Physicist, you will provide physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physics consultation to Radiation Oncology personnel
  • Collaborate with Radiation Oncology team to ensure accurate and effective treatment
  • Develop and implement physics protocols to improve patient care and treatment outcomes
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with latest advancements in medical physics

Requirements:

  • Masters in Medical Physics
  • ABR boarded
  • 10 years of experience
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a group
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
