Job Summary

Epic Oncology Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team. As a key member of our team, you will provide physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel, ensuring the highest level of patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physics consultation to Radiation Oncology personnel on aspects of patient care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy.
  • Develop and implement physics protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and medical physics.
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Medical Physics.
  • Experience working on Varian TrueBeam.
  • Masters in Medical Physics.
  • ABR boarded in Physics.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a group via phone/face to face.
  • Strong analytical, math, physics skills, including data collection and problem-solving.
