Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse. You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in various locations. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:- Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
- Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program
