About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at Camden Clark Medical Center. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, working closely with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a School of Surgical Technology.
  • Surgical Technology Certification required within 12 months of hire.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a surgical setting, preferably in an operating room environment.
