Banking Associate

As a Retail Banker at Woodforest National Bank, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales targets by identifying and marketing bank products and services that meet customer needs.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance to ensure seamless customer service.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive and engaging attitude.

This role requires standing for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. You may be required to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
