• Proactively identify and recommend bank products and services to customers, driving individual sales and revenue growth.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns, upholding the Woodforest Experience standard.

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
