Key Responsibilities:


- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and grounds, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as collecting and disposing of trash.
- Ensure that all restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, stairwells, program rooms, fitness areas, and outdoor spaces are kept clean and safe.
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary to ensure thorough cleaning, including windows.
- Assist in setting up rooms for meetings and events, as well as breaking down seating and equipment afterward.
- Ensure that bathroom supplies, including toilet paper, towels, and soap, are adequately stocked.
- Be prepared to assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Notify supervisors regarding any repair needs.

Physical Requirements:
- Occasional outdoor work to maintain the facility grounds, including debris removal and snow clearance during inclement weather.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders of varying heights.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively serve a diverse community.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-Lingual capabilities.
