Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Indian River Marina as a Maintenance Specialist. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on park grounds and facilities, including landscaping, painting, and repairs.
  • Assist with custodial services, including cleaning restrooms, offices, and other buildings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience using landscaping equipment and hand or power tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
