We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at EmpowerMe Wellness. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults in a skilled nursing care facility.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
- Provide speech-language pathology services to residents, including conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions
- Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
