Bartending Sensation with a Twist

As a Flair Bartender at Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for entertaining guests with your exceptional bartending skills and flair. You will create an inviting environment, manage a large bar, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Juggling, Throwing, and Catching Bottles: You will be required to juggle, throw, and catch bottles with ease, showcasing your exceptional hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Performing in Front of a Crowd: You will be comfortable performing in front of a sizeable audience in various locations, including nightclubs, premium lounges, and high-volume bars.
• Greeting Customers and Presenting Menus: You will greet customers, present beverage, lunch, and dinner menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Order Taking and Drink Preparation: You will take orders from serving staff or directly from customers, record drink orders accurately into the POS system, and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Inventory Management and Cleanliness: You will coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar, submit orders to the supervisor, and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to SERVsafe rules and regulations.

• Flair Bartending Certification: You must possess a Flair Bartending/Performance Bartending Certification.
• Mixology Expertise: You must be a certified Mixologist with a deep understanding of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Customer Service Experience: You must have 3+ years of experience in the customer service industry, with a clear passion for service.
• Bar Experience: You must have experience working in nightclubs, premium lounges, or high-volume bars.
• Computer Literacy: You must be proficient in point-of-sale systems and have basic computer skills.
• Physical Demands: You must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time (8-10 hours), tolerate loud music, crowds, and club lighting, and work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
